The data we process

When you price a job, only your choices are kept in your browser's local storage: nothing is sent to the server before the order.

When you order, we process:

• your identity and contact details: first name, last name, e-mail, telephone;
• the site address and your details about the work;
• the content of the order: jobs, quantities, quality, options, requested date, amounts;
• the reference and status of the payment passed on by our payment service provider — never your card number.

When you write to us, we keep your message and attachments for as long as it takes to reply and follow up.

Why

• Perform the contract: confirm the date, prepare the travel and materials, carry out the work, draw up the report and invoices.
• Meet our legal obligations: accounting, invoicing, guarantees.
• Answer your requests and follow up after handover.
• Secure the site and payment: technical logs, fraud prevention.

We send no marketing without your consent and sell no data.

Who receives your data

• Vercel Inc., which hosts the site and its storage;
• our payment service provider, to collect the deposit and the balance;
• our accountant, for legal obligations;
• our site crews, for the address and the details useful for the work.

Data is hosted in the European Union or transferred with the safeguards provided by the General Data Protection Regulation.

For how long

• Orders, reports and invoices: ten years, for accounting obligations.
• Messages and requests without an order: one year after the last exchange.
• Technical logs: twelve months at most.

Your rights

You may access your data, rectify it, ask for its erasure or restriction, object to processing and ask for its portability, by writing to contacto@fondalis-construction.com or to 1 rue du Boulodrome, 38300 Bourgoin-Jallieu, France. We reply within one month.

You may also contact the supervisory authority: in France, the CNIL; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

Cookies and local storage

The site sets a language cookie when you choose a language, and keeps your basket and your current order in your browser's local storage. These are needed for the site to work and are not used to track you. An audience measurement pixel may be enabled on some pages; it is loaded only with your consent where the law requires it.

This policy may evolve with the site. The online version prevails; significant changes are announced on this page.
