Travel and set-up are charged once per job, according to the zone of the site: €90 in the North-East, €190 in the Centre and North, €260 in the South. The islands are quoted on request.

What people ask us before booking

All the questions
Is a visit needed before the quote?
No. You measure, the site calculates, and we ask for a few photos of the substrate after booking. If the photos reveal a difficulty the job does not cover, we tell you before coming, and you can cancel free of charge.
What is the minimum call-out for?
To cover the crew's travel, set-up and clearing away on a small quantity. It is €390 per job; above that, only the price per unit counts.
How much is paid at booking?
A deposit of 30% of the total, on a secure payment page served on our own domain. A job under €600 is paid in full at booking.
What guarantee covers the work?
Every job is handed over with a handover report and a 2-year workmanship guarantee, without prejudice to the legal guarantees that apply to building works.
